We want you to love what you wear. To keep things fair, hygienic, and transparent, here’s how returns and exchanges work at BingeOn.

No Returns (Yep, That’s the Rule)

We currently do not offer returns on any BingeOn jewellery.
All sales are final — so please double-check product details, sizes, and descriptions before placing your order.

Once it’s yours, it’s yours

Exchanges? Yes, Within 15 Days

Changed your mind or want a different piece? We’ve got you — exchanges are allowed within 15 days of purchase, as long as a few basics are met.

You’re Eligible If:

  • The exchange request is raised within 15 days of delivery

  • The product is unused, unworn, and in original condition

  • Original packaging, tags, and invoice are intact

  • The jewellery shows no signs of wear, damage, or alteration

  1. Email us at.bingeonjewellery@gmail.com within 15 days

  2. Share your order ID and exchange request

  3. Wait for approval and exchange instructions

  4. Once the product passes inspection, your exchange is processed

What You Can Exchange For

  • Same product or another item of equal or higher value

  • If the new item costs more, just pay the difference

  • If it costs less, the balance amount won’t be refunded

What We Can’t Exchange

We won’t be able to process an exchange if:

  • The request comes after 15 days

  • The product looks worn, damaged, or used

  • Original packaging or tags are missing

  • Damage is caused by misuse or negligence

Shipping & Handling

  • Exchange shipping costs are borne by the customer

  • Shipping charges are non-refundable

  • If you received a damaged or wrong product, contact us within 48 hours with photos/videos — we’ll handle it from there

Final Call

All exchanges are subject to quality checks.
BingeOn reserves the right to approve or decline any exchange request that doesn’t meet our policy.
